The Mountain Spa residence is located among the alpine fields in Nasserein, St. Anton, main location of Alpin Ski.

This elegant structure was opened in December 2017. It offers luxury apartments with breathtaking views on the mountains that surround St. Anton. It has an internal-external swimming pool, with a dazzling view on the Austrian mountains; bunch of saunas and Turkish baths in the large wellness area of 600 sqm. The accommodation is composed by two big facilities, each of them featuring a tower, a typical and characterizing element of Austrian constructions. The two structures are linked and tied by the new wellness & spa area; a hallway formed by big glass windows that overlook the panorama. There is also a new interpretation of the “bow window”, a small protruding veranda with windows, under which it has been reconstructed the typical wooden structure of old timer framing constructions. Hence, the Mountain Spa Residence is an elegant architecture that gives a modern reinterpretation of the local typical architecture.

The complex, projected by KÖCK + BACHLER architecture studio, has been then externally completed with cladding in reconstructed Geopietra® stone in RIVAROLO model. Abitasistema® system tested and granted allows to safely install murogeopietra® on external thermal insulations. Seismic and fire non-propagation tests on the façade, passed in France, are a confirmation of the technical abilities and unmatched performances of murogeopietra® system, the only one in Europe. For the winter season St Anton offers 306 kilometers of marked ski runs with a majestic backdrop of popular peaks and mountains, it also has all the amenities you would expect from an international holiday resort. For snowboarders, St Anton Park has established itself as a true freestyle high light in recent years. St. Anton am Arlberg is now also considered a destination for cross-country skiers. Tyrol has awarded the 40-kilometer-long network of trails the cross-country skiing quality seal.
