In the last 35 years we have also evolved in parallel with our customers. However there is something that never changes for our architects, builders and specialists - the insistence on fully meeting individual customer needs. I grew up in a hotel myself, and already understood what went on backstage at a tender age. This practical experience enables me to estimate realistic costs and process concepts, give advice on selecting and implementing operations, manage service quality and check that invoicing processes are satisfactory. The success of our customers is the proof of our approach, and confirmation that we will continue to think outside the box and deliver added value in the future.
