The murogeopietra GRAFFIO model for the PRATI DI GRIES area. Prati di Gries is the name of the new residential area in Bolzano, which has been designed to be fully pedestrianised, environmentally-friendly, and highly energy efficient (Casaclima rating A). It is immersed within an innovative concept of widespread greenery, and will accommodate 1500 inhabitants in 600 new homes. Not only has #Geopietra been chosen for its aesthetic appeal, it is also the only manufactured stone veneer that can be installed above the second floor, having passed the LEPIR II test for fire safety in public buildings (CSTB).
