Profile Spontaneous

Built in the plain of Brescia (Italy), this magnificent and spacious villa has a wooden structure. The building, inspired by a country house, not only has a residential function, but it’s the office of an agricultural company, too. The exterior finishings, installed on thermal cladding, are a variegated composition of stones and bricks, laid on the external walls with full joints. Terrakotta bricks have clad the pillars, some of the arches and the chimney. On the upper floor, the decorative element in Terrakotta brick and the rose window of a façade enrich and complete the design of the building. The choice for the entrance arch is peculiar: this doesn’t show the classic right-angle inclination but an oblique one, different from the typical practice of these traditional dwellings. Olive trees and corten complete the gardens of this farmhouse with an innovative heart.
