The location has the charm typical of a British golf course, but is situated in the Umbrian countryside just a few miles from the centre of Perugia. The 180-hole course has gently undulating par 72 parkland, and was redesigned at the beginning of the 1990s by the architect Davide Mezzacane. The course is the historical location for golf in the region.

In the 1950s, the clubhouse was created by converting former lime kilns dating back to 1921, and has tower features which became the Club's emblem.

The organic architecture of the new building extension, with #murogeopietra in scale-effect profiles and warm shades, unites and links the various elements, the old house, the towers, the landscape and the large reflective windows, creating harmony between constructed elements and the natural surroundings.
